January, 2018

Nearly a year has passed since my last post, and the time has come to give up the ghost and officially retire the Skeptical Review.  I thank everyone who has ever taken the time to read anything published on the Skeptical Review.  In no particular order, I recognize with gratitude that Karl Mamer, Dr. Stuart Robbins, Brian Thompson, Trystan Swale, Haley Stevens, Linley Kissick and Kylie Sturgess have all in the past either contributed to or been a friend of the blog. Not to be left out are Sharon Hill and Torkel Ødegard with whom I participated in the very good and still underappreciated 15 Credibility Street podcast. Thank you one and all.  My wife, Leah, was a wonderful supporter and editor.

While I would never completely rule out contributing to the rationalist/skeptical discussion in a blog, podcast, or whatnot at some point, I just do not see it in the cards for the foreseeable future.

I will keep this blog's URL for the time being after which the underlying Blogger URL will continue.

Skepticism as a method to make sense of the world is a wonderful thing.  Skepticism as a body of people and institutions has its issues. I wish you all the best.

Fond Memory: Good Times at T.A.M. 2014.  Great people to share dinner.
